Takes time out of his day to focus on:
  1. Meditation (Guided)
  2. Relaxation
  3. Flexibility
  4. Dance
  5. Reading
  6. Shaving head/beard
  7. Flosses and brushes twice daily
  8. Household chores
  9. Light exercise
  10. Getting to bed and sleep, at a reasonable time
  11. Creates drawings and paintings
  12. Studies food science
  13. Studies psychology - Esp relationships and communication
  14. Makes time per week for friendships who really matter
  15. Keeps boundaries and sticks to them for his best health



Currently my weekdays consist of:

Wake up
Masturbate
Work
Lunch
Work
Watch youtube
Cook
Shop for food
Eat junk food
Surf the web

Weekends are basically as above, except for work, and also seeing friends, family and cycling.
